Pinay Travelholic is my personal travel blog which catalogs my trips and travels to various parts of the world. It is a diary of my journeys, my quest to unearth new places, discover new people, and explore this crazy but beautiful world of ours.
Travel has always been one of my passions in life. I believe that there's no better way to learn and grow than through traveling. Through travel, we get to see different aspects of life, discover different cultures, meet all kinds of people, marvel in natural and man-made wonders, challenge ourselves and stretch our limits. It's a vast and wonderful world out there, folks! Limiting yourself in the confines of your small town or city just means depriving yourself of what the world has to offer.
Like the famous quote from Mark Twain goes,
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you DID NOT do than by the ones you DID do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
It's always been my dream to travel, so when I came across this beautiful quote from an unknown person, it really struck a chord in my heart...
So I’m going out there. And I’m going to do the best I can. People are going to get in my way. Things are going to bring me down. But I’m going to keep going. I’m going to reach as far as I can, for every thing I’ve ever wanted. And I’m not giving up. Because that’s what you do when your dreams are more important than your fears. You go out there and ignore the odds. You focus on one thing - that your dreams come true.
Life is too short. Someday, you'll look back and wonder, where did that time go? Time just goes by too fast. So make the most out of life by getting out there and visiting as many places as you can, uncovering life's truths, learning lots of lessons, and meeting fabulous people along the way. Traveling is living life to the fullest. Happy travels everyone!
